Dr. Freeman Dwight Case

Died: Feb. 7, 1905 at the young age of 59

 

About:

Dr. Case was one of the doctors that lived in Ashtabula, OH and took care of the many people injured after the accident by going house to house. He was a young doctor at the time of the disaster. He was also on the board that helped organize the building of the Ashtabula General Hospital.
